The Harloff efoiion is a unique Value Line Bin Cart with a basic electronic pushbutton lock and key lock override. Each cart includes (12) 5" Bins, with a top rail, pull-out shelf and locking narcotics box in 1/3 of bottom drawer. Bin dividers and labels are included.
