The Multi-FLO DVT Combo IC-1545-DL Intermittent Pneumatic Compression system has been designed to allow patients the freedom to provide DVT Prophylaxis as well as the reduction of acute post-operative edema in the comfort of their own homes.
It offers three types of therapy, Bilateral Calf, Bilateral Foot and Unilateral Cold Therapy. Bilateral Calf therapy is intended for prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis. Bilateral Foot therapy is intended for prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis, the enhancement of venous and arterial circulation or the prevention of venous stasis ulcers, assists in healing of cutaneous ulcers. Unilateral Cold Therapy is intended to help reduce pain and swelling of the ankle, knee or shoulder directly following surgery and provides more rapid healing time while enchancing the body’s normal process of tissue regeneration.
