The EduSoft Non-Woven Sponges provide fast wicking properties and high absorbency, making them suitable for wound cleansing, secondary dressing, and helping to reduce skin maceration. This rayon and polyester blend allow the dressing to maintain less lint and adhesion compared to woven gauze sponges and enables the wound to heal without disruption of the newly formed granulation tissue.
