ACT Pak Reagent Kit

The COULTER diff ACT Pak Reagent Kit is intended only for use with COULTER ACT diff and ACT diff 2 hematology analyzers. Included in the kit are two different reagents; COULTER balanced electrolyte solution (reagent 1) and COULTER lytic reagent (reagent 2). Samples need to be diluted prior to analyzing the whole blood cell count and size. Reagent 1 dilutes the sample, acting as an isotonic buffered diluent for accurate classification of blood cell types, like red bloods cells and platelets.
