Description

The 3M™ Attest™ Rapid Steam Biological Indicator monitors gravity displacement steam sterilization cycles at 270°F/132°C and provides a final fluorescent result at 1 hour. The 3M™ Attest™ Rapid Steam Biological Indicator, 1291 is used for 270°F/132°C gravity displacement steam sterilization cycles. This self-contained Biological Indicator (BI) consists of a Geobacillus stearothermophilus spore strip and a sealed glass ampoule with growth media and dual indicator system. The spore strip and media ampoule are contained in a plastic vial topped with a blue color-coded cap which includes a chemical process indicator on top.
