Account Manager

This is an inside sales position. Minimal travel required. Company leads are provided and our GSA contracts contribute to our hand in the market. If you are a self-motivated team player who is detail-oriented, highly organized and eager to earn a high commission. We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes, great listening skills and even greater communication skills to be a part of our sales team.

Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for providing effective customer service for 4MD Medical Solutions customers by utilizing excellent, in depth knowledge of company products and programs. This position involves customer contact for quotes, orders and returns issues via phone or written correspondence, accurate order entry, providing product and promotion information, and responding to order related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Applicant requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years data entry or clerical experience.
  • Previous customer service experience highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, research and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent professional telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge; proficiency in electronic mail systems and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work overtime.
