Shipping Rates
FREE Shipping: 4MD Medical Solutions offer free shipping on all orders over $250 that are shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states via parcel ground or dock-to-dock freight. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and on APO / FPO orders.
*Please note: Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery and residential delivery will be charged an additional fee decided by the freight company.
Our shipping rates for the 48 contiguous states in the continental USA excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and on APO / FPO are as follows (for parcel or freight dock-to-dock services only):
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States will have additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email or phone for your approval.
Additional Freight Shipping Charges
Some products must be shipped by Truck due to the weight and/or dimensions. If your order contains any oversize item or certain additional shipping charges, a 4MD Medical Solutions customer service representative will contact and notify you before we process the order.
Order Processing Time:
It may take approximately one or two business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process.
Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary. Most orders will ship within 2 -3 business days and arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Shipping time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Return Policy
Damaged products:
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If it is defective, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery at 732-905-5400 and we will replace it and pay all shipping costs to and from your location.
Return a product:
If you receive a product and it doesn't fit, or it is not what you expected it to be, most products can be returned. Product must be in its original packaging with all Instruction/Warranty paperwork. Product must be unused. To return a product please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by calling 732-905-5400 or fill out an online Return Authorization Request. You must request an RMA within 10 days of receiving the product. All Returns must be complete within 30 days. Orders returned without an RMA# may not be identified or recognized as being a return and will be charged a 30% restocking fee and all shipping cost once processed.
Restocking Fees:
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Non-Returnable Products:
Include all bath items, incontinence items, wound care products, hospital and adjustable beds, mattresses and support surfaces, sheets, pillows, , power patient Lifts & stand-up lifts, slings by Drive Medical, custom wheelchairs (only Transport & Standard chairs can be returned), Geri-Chairs, Handcycles, Socks, Hose, Ramps, Respiratory items, Wheelchair Cushions and Backs. Refurbished products. All parts orders are non-returnable.
Use RMA number:
The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be visible on each package. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and returned back to you. Returned products must be in new condition, in the original packaging with all paper documentation. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Credits and Refunds:
We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.
Order Cancellations:
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 732-905-5400. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that it hasn't shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 6% if your order has been processed. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly. Orders for non-returnable products cannot be cancelled once shipped. Custom orders - Orders for adjustable beds, power wheelchairs, scooters and custom wheelchairs that are built-to-order cannot be canceled once the order is processed and assembly has begun.
Please - Do not refuse a parcel.
Since many products must be shipped back to an address other than where it was originally shipped from, never refuse a product. Refusing a shipment will result in 30% re-stocking charges plus all shipping costs. Also, without an RMA number, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and credit will be not be issued.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, shipping times, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
